Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding and extrusion machinery with precision
- Monitor production quality and conduct visual inspectionsMaintain clean and organized workstations following 5S principlesReport equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediatelyAssist in material preparation and packaging processesFollow strict safety protocols and PPE requirementsCollaborate with team members to meet production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA graduate or equivalent1+ year experience in manufacturing/factory operations preferredPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kgBasic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenanceStrong attention to detail and quality focusWillingness to work in shifts (morning/night)Valid health certificate and willingness to undergo medical check-up
