Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and plastic extrusion equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standardsPerform routine maintenance and machine adjustmentsInspect finished products for defects and specificationsMaintain clean and organized workstationsDocument production data and quality reportsFollow safety procedures and regulations strictlyCollaborate with team members for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA or equivalent educationExperience in manufacturing/plastic production preferredBasic knowledge of machinery operationPhysical ability to stand for extended periodsAttention to detail and quality focusWillingness to work in shiftsValid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrationTeam player with good communication skills
