Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment efficiently
- Monitor production quality and conduct quality checks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow SOPs and safety protocols strictly
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMU/SMA)
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Physical stamina for standing/working extended hours
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
