Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and plastic extrusion equipment with precision
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and output targetsPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery
- Document production data and quality control metrics accurately
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for product inspection
- Maintain clean and organized workstation according to 5S principles
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA or vocational school graduate
- 1+ years experience in plastic manufacturing preferred
- Basic understanding of injection molding/extrusion processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work in shift-based schedule (morning/night)
- Physical stamina for standing and moderate lifting (max 15kg)
- Willingness to attend technical training programs
- Clean medical certificate and valid health check
