Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment efficiently
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and output targets
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery
- Conduct quality checks on finished products according to specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production area
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMA) or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of plastic production processes
- Ability to operate machinery with precision and attention to detail
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Good teamwork communication skills
