Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and extrusion equipment with precision
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality control standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing production preferred
- Physical stamina for standing 8-hour shifts
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and safety procedures
- Willingness to work in rotating shift system
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Valid health certificate (Kesehatan) required
