Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines with precision and efficiency
- Monitor production quality through visual inspection and measurement tools
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ISO 9001 standards
- Document production data and maintain accurate shift logs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production output
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and quality control
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
