Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines with precision and efficiency
- Monitor production quality and conduct visual inspectionsMaintain clean and organized workstations following 5S principles
- Assist in machine setup and troubleshooting minor issues
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMA)
- Experience in manufacturing production preferred
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of machine operation is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
- Willingness to undergo company training programs
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
