Tanggung Jawab
- Operate plastic injection molding machines and extrusion equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standardsPerform routine maintenance on machinery and production linesConduct quality control checks on finished productsDocument production data and maintain accurate recordsAdhere strictly to safety protocols and workplace regulationsCollaborate with team members to meet daily production targetsIdentify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent1+ years of experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferredPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kgBasic understanding of mechanical operations and safety proceduresStrong attention to detail and quality control awarenessAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentWillingness to work in shifts if requiredValid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certification preferred
