Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment with precision
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure product specifications are met
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Maintain clean and organized production workspace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Document production data and complete shift reports accurately
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent education
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing and light lifting (up to 15kg)
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends if required
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
