Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment with precision
- Monitor quality control processes during production runs
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Assemble plastic components according to specifications
- Document production data and maintain work area organization
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with team to meet production targets efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMA)
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Willingness to work in shift system (if required)
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
- Valid health certificate for factory work
