Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment with precision
- Monitor production quality and maintain strict quality control standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace hygiene
- Collaborate with team to meet production targets and efficiency goals
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in plastic manufacturing preferred
- Basic knowledge of production machinery and tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Physical ability to work in factory environment (standing/walking)
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- Valid health certificate (required)
