Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and plastic production equipment
- Monitor production quality and conduct routine quality checksMaintain clean and organized workstations and production areasFollow safety protocols and maintain 5S standardsAssist in machine setup and minor maintenance activitiesDocument production data and report equipment issuesCollaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMA) or equivalentExperience in manufacturing production is preferredBasic understanding of machine operation and safety proceduresPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materialsAttention to detail and quality-conscious mindsetWillingness to work in shifts and overtime when requiredStrong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
