Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment efficiently
- Maintain strict quality control standards for plastic productsConduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshootingEnsure compliance with safety protocols and workplace regulationsMonitor production processes and report any abnormalitiesCollaborate with team members to optimize production outputDocument production data accurately in daily logs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent educationExperience in manufacturing/plastic production preferredBasic knowledge of machine operation and maintenanceStrong attention to detail and quality focusPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kgWillingness to work in shifts if requiredBasic computer literacy for data entryValid health and safety certification (will be provided if not held)
