Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines according to production schedules
- Perform quality control checks on finished plastic products
- Conduct routine maintenance on production equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols (K3) and environmental standards
- Document production data and maintain cleanliness of work area
- Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate (any major)
- Experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical operations
- Willingness to work in shifts (morning/night)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset
- Valid K3 (Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja) certification is advantageous
- Team player with good communication skills
