Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding and extrusion machines with precision
- Monitor production quality through visual inspections and measurement tools
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and preventive maintenance schedules
- Document production data accurately in digital systems
- Adhere strictly to ISO 9001 and EHS compliance standards
- Collaborate with QC team to resolve product defects
- Train junior operators on SOPs and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA graduate with 2+ years manufacturing experience
- Certification in plastic injection molding operations preferred
- Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and thickness gauges
- Strong understanding of 5S and lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (rotating day/night schedule)
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours daily
