THX Infinity is seeking a dynamic and proactive KOL/KOC Acquisition Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our brand expansion, identifying and connecting with top-tier content creators to drive engagement and brand visibility.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a KOL/KOC Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for building a robust network of Key Opinion Leaders and Key Opinion Consumers. You will proactively identify talent, initiate contact, and manage the end-to-end acquisition process to ensure our marketing initiatives are backed by authentic and influential voices. If you have a knack for relationship building and a deep understanding of social media traffic operations, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential KOLs and KOCs across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Execute proactive outreach strategies to build a diverse and high-quality talent pool for the brand.
- Negotiate contracts, terms of cooperation, and deliverables with influencers to ensure mutual benefits.
- Coordinate closely with influencers to align content themes with our brand’s marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to influencers to optimize content quality.
- Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and renewal of contracts.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and influencer marketing strategies to keep our approach competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent command of the English language (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends in the digital marketing industry.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and project management software.
