Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various social media platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring mutual growth and collaboration
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithms, and influencer marketing best practices
- Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and compliance with brand guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL management
- Deep understanding of Indonesian social media landscape and key influencers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and metrics
- Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools
- Creative mindset with ability to develop innovative campaign concepts
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
