Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of peritoneal dialysis treatments to patients
- Provide expert clinical guidance and mentorship to dialysis nursing staff
- Develop and implement evidence-based protocols for peritoneal dialysis procedures
- Monitor patient condition during dialysis and respond appropriately to any complications
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Conduct patient education on peritoneal dialysis procedures and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice in Singapore
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in dialysis nursing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Expert knowledge of peritoneal dialysis procedures and complications management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
