Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design lighting plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Utilize advanced lighting software (e.g., Dialux, Relux) to create 3D visualizations and renderings.
- Conduct site surveys to assess lighting requirements and environmental conditions.
- Prepare technical drawings, lighting schedules, and specifications using CAD and BIM tools.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate lighting systems with broader building infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lighting design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in lighting design software (Dialux, AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp).
- Deep understanding of lighting physics, color temperature, and luminaire selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
