Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care including medication administration, wound management, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and family members
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and health records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor patient condition changes and respond promptly to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication protocols, and preventive care
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient support
- Ensure sterile environment maintenance and infection control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Registered Nurse (RN) license with current registration
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with emphasis in private care or acute settings
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and medical documentation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse patients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clinical judgment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in medication management
