- Perform venipuncture and blood collection procedures with precision
- Deliver direct patient care including wound management and medication administration
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and health maintenance
- Assist in emergency response procedures and critical care situations
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings
- Advanced certification in phlebotomy and IV therapy
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
