Join Sailun Manufacturing Indonesia as a Logistics Booking Coordinator and become the backbone of our supply chain excellence. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate seamless logistics operations across our manufacturing operations, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished products. You'll manage end-to-end shipment coordination, optimize documentation processes, and implement cost-control measures while maintaining strict compliance with international shipping regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule logistics bookings for inbound/outbound shipments across multiple transport modes
- Manage end-to-end shipment tracking and proactive communication with carriers/customers
- Prepare, review, and maintain critical logistics documentation (customs forms, bills of lading, commercial invoices)
- Monitor and optimize logistics costs through carrier negotiations and route optimization
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams for integrated logistics planning
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in logistics documentation systems and customs procedures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize cost and delivery timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
