Tanggung Jawab
- Operate plastic injection molding machines with precision and efficiency
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards compliance
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment
- Inspect finished products for defects and packaging requirements
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S principles
- Document production data and report machine malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA vocational graduate (preferably Teknik Mesin or Kimia)
- 1+ years experience in plastic manufacturing production environment
- Basic understanding of injection molding processes
- Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods
- Physical stamina to handle lifting (max 15kg) and repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail with quality control awareness
- Valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) certification preferred
- Willingness to undergo company-provided training
