Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding and extrusion machines with precision
- Monitor production quality and perform quality checks
- Maintain clean and organized workstation per 5S standards
- Document production data and machine performance
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements strictly
- Collaborate with team for continuous process improvement
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years factory production experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 15kg
- Basic knowledge of quality control systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid health certificate (Bidan) required
- Willingness to work shift schedule
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
