Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment efficiently
- Monitor product quality and perform quality checks according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and machinery
- Follow safety protocols and maintain 5S standards in production zone
- Report equipment malfunctions and assist with basic maintenance
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet production targets
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing production is preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Basic understanding of quality control principles
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid SIM (for logistics-related roles)
- Passionate about manufacturing and continuous improvement
