Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding and extrusion machines efficiently
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment
- Inspect finished products for defects and packaging
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and SOPs strictly
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Collaborate with team to meet production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate (any major)
- Experience in manufacturing/plastic industry preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of machine operation
- Willingness to work shifts (including night shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid health certificate (check-up)
