Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily quality inspections of raw materials and finished products using precision tools
- Document QC findings in digital systems and generate detailed inspection reports
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Maintain calibration of inspection equipment according to ISO standards
- Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety protocols
- Train junior staff on quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in manufacturing QC (fresh graduates welcome)
- Certification in ISO 9001:2015 highly valued
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic statistical tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
