Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and strategic Manager, Business Office for a prominent Community Healthcare facility located in the vibrant Singapore River area. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the business office, ensuring seamless Patient Billing Services, and providing expert Financial Counselling to patients and families.

As the Business Office Manager, you will lead a team to manage complex ILTC Billing processes, ensuring full compliance with local healthcare regulations and maximizing revenue efficiency. You will act as a key bridge between clinical operations and financial administration, implementing robust operational workflows and financial reporting systems. If you possess a strong background in accounting, a passion for improving patient financial experiences, and the leadership skills to drive a high-performing team, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Business Office, overseeing administrative functions and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee Patient Billing Services, ensuring accurate, timely invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
  • Manage and optimize ILTC (Intermediate Long Term Care) Billing processes and liaise with external agencies to resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide professional Financial Counselling to patients and families, ensuring transparency and understanding of financial obligations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, budget performance, and prepare detailed monthly management reports for senior leadership.
  • Mentor and develop a diverse team of administrative staff to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare, social service, or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s ILTC billing regulations, MediShield Life, and healthcare financial frameworks.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically in Financial Counselling and client relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, forecasting, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
