We are seeking a dynamic Manager (Digital Engagement & Outreach) to lead our digital transformation and community connection efforts. As a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will develop innovative strategies to enhance SAFRA's digital presence and deepen our engagement with members across all demographics.
You will oversee social media campaigns, manage digital content creation, and collaborate with internal teams to drive meaningful outreach programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the digital narrative of a vital national service organization in Singapore. You will be responsible for analyzing digital metrics to optimize performance and ensuring our messaging resonates with our diverse community of NS men and their families.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive community interaction and brand awareness.
- Lead the production of high-quality digital content, including articles, videos, infographics, and graphics.
- Analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and user engagement data to measure campaign success and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Events, Programmes) to align digital initiatives with operational needs.
- Organize and promote outreach programs and member events through various digital channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community outreach.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS), and web analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for community service and a good understanding of the National Service context is highly desirable.
