Far East Organization is a leading developer and owner of prime real estate in Singapore. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manager, Financial Reporting to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive management and statutory reporting to our joint venture partners, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
As the Manager, you will lead the end-to-end financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations (ACRA, IRAS). You will interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights for senior management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and statutory financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Manage statutory reporting requirements for government authorities, including the preparation of forms and declarations to ensure full compliance.
- Liaise with joint venture partners and external auditors to facilitate the audit process and resolve reporting queries.
- Analyze variances between actual results and budgets, providing detailed commentary and recommendations to management.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial reporting systems and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for key stakeholders and board meetings.
- Ensure timely submission of tax and regulatory filings.
Kualifikasi
- CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting, with a focus on statutory reporting and complex group structures.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and MAS regulations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
