Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compensation systems
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Drive organizational development through training and succession planning
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinking with problem-solving orientation
