R&S CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team in the renovation industry. If you are passionate about design and possess a knack for digital storytelling, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting our construction and design services to a wider audience. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing our social media presence, and supporting various marketing campaigns that showcase our portfolio of renovation projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness.
- Create, edit, and post engaging visual content and written copy for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance to optimize content for search engines.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and project portfolios.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the interior design and renovation sector.
- Support the sales team by generating leads through targeted online marketing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction, interior design, or renovation industry.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant Work Pass sponsorship eligibility is highly preferred.
