Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Monitor social media performance and actively engage with the online community.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights.
- Support the preparation of weekly marketing reports and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional activities with business goals.
- Manage and update the company website and product listings as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with SEO tools and Google Analytics is an advantage.
