- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects in San Jose del Monte and surrounding areas
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and property listings
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives and target buyer preferences
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Organize and execute promotional events, property launches, and community outreach programs
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials including brochures, videos, and virtual tours
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate property development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling marketing messages
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
- Creative thinking with ability to develop innovative marketing solutions

- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Bulacan is advantageous
