Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of marketing communication and CX experience
- Proven track record in healthcare or medical industry marketing
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms)
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Data analysis proficiency with marketing metrics interpretation
- Customer journey mapping and service design knowledge
