- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the North-East Region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting for new accounts
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted digital and traditional campaigns
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship/residency status
