Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for LOSTVAPE products in Pekanbaru and surrounding regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, and key industry partners
- Monitor product availability across distribution channels and ensure consistent supply chain operations
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate promotional events and in-store activations to enhance brand visibility
- Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales promotion (vape/FMCG industry preferred)
- Proven track record in managing distributor relationships and retail partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and campaign management platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving KPIs
