Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across major Indonesian marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada)
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI and identify growth opportunities
- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to marketplace algorithms and audience preferences
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives
- Monitor budget allocation and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders
- Test new ad formats and bidding strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 2+ years marketplace advertising experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through e-commerce advertising campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace reporting dashboards)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior
- Excellent data interpretation skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
