Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within hospitals and private clinics.
- Conduct effective product presentations and on-site demonstrations to healthcare decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and medical professionals.
- Provide comprehensive product training and technical support to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to gather market intelligence and feedback.
- Manage accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare product sales.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
