Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive prenatal, natal, and postnatal care to mothers and newborns
- Conduct safe deliveries and manage normal childbirth complications
- Administer immunizations and conduct routine health screenings
- Develop and implement maternal health education programs
- Maintain accurate patient records and health statistics
- Collaborate with healthcare teams on community health initiatives
- Provide family planning counseling and services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Midwifery from accredited institution
- Valid PRC license with active midwifery registration
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in maternal care
- Knowledge of national health protocols and programs
- Strong communication skills in local dialects
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to work independently in rural settings
