Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with medical standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety procedures
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian nursing license (STR)
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
