Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions closely, reporting any changes to the medical team immediately.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on medication adherence, hygiene practices, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients and visitors.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent medical degree.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, infection control, and antibiotic therapies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record systems.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
