Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor comprehensive infection control policies and procedures in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines.
- Conduct active surveillance of healthcare-associated infections and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide education, training, and support to healthcare staff regarding aseptic techniques and hygiene protocols.
- Perform regular environmental audits to ensure compliance with sterilization and sanitation standards.
- Investigate and manage infection outbreaks, coordinating response efforts with relevant authorities.
- Review and update clinical protocols related to antimicrobial stewardship and isolation precautions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Current certification in Infection Control (e.g., CIC - Certified Infection Control) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong knowledge of microbiology, epidemiology, and hospital hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
