Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans based on clinical needs.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall condition continuously throughout the shift.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with prescribed protocols and hospital guidelines.
- Respond promptly to critical changes in patient status and initiate emergency resuscitation protocols when necessary.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records.
Kualifikasi
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid certification to practice in Singapore.
- Minimum of [Number] years of clinical experience, specifically within an Intensive Care Unit or Critical Care setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
