Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the operating theatre nursing team, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and surgical safety standards
- Coordinate peri-operative care across scrub, circulating, and recovery roles
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for surgical workflows
- Manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment maintenance
- Conduct staff training on new surgical techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes and theater efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
- Minimum 5 years of peri-operative nursing experience with 2+ years in management
- Certification in peri-operative nursing (e.g., CNOR equivalent)
- Expertise in scrub, circulating, and recovery nursing procedures
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with electronic health records and surgical inventory systems
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure surgical environments
