Tanggung Jawab
- Assists in the provision of direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Monitors and records vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assists in the preparation and maintenance of medical equipment and examination rooms.
- Provides basic hygiene assistance, such as bathing and grooming, to patients.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments as directed by medical staff.
- Communicates patient needs and concerns effectively to the nursing team.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the ward or clinic area.
- Participates in health education programs for patients and families.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate in Nursing.
- Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the Philippines.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Familiarity with basic nursing procedures, patient care protocols, and emergency response.
- Physically fit and able to perform lifting and transferring of patients when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in critical situations.
- Willingness to render government service and adhere to civil service rules.
