Tanggung Jawab
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for patients and medical staff at all times.
- Transport patients to and from treatment areas, operating wheelchairs or stretchers safely.
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing supervisor immediately.
- Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary restrictions and patient needs.
- Assist in the administration of basic medical treatments and medications under strict supervision.
- Document patient care activities and update medical records accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of a Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Nursing Attendant.
- Civil Service Eligibility (Rating 80% or above) is an advantage.
- Good physical health and stamina to perform demanding caregiving tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic computer literacy for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others in need.
- Willingness to work in a government setting.
