Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive patient care including medication administration, wound management, and treatment monitoring
- Assess patient conditions, document observations, and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous training programs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Current Malaysian Nursing Board registration and valid practicing license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital or primary care setting
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
