Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for nutrition products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients in the Klang Valley.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to promote product benefits.
- Represent Inno Asia Distribution at trade shows, health fairs, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on market needs and potential product improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG or health supplement industry.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional products, health trends, and dietary supplements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport are preferred for field visits.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
